We're currently partnering with a fast-growing international technology business looking to hire a Head of Accounting to join and develop their central finance function. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a key area of accounting within a growing technology business. What you'll be doingLead the consolidation process across the Group. Review and improve existing accounting processes, controls and systems to support the continued growth of the business. Manage a small team of accountants. Own the monthly group reporting process, including reporting to senior stakeholdersLead the Group Accounting function, overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and take ownership of implementing improvements across the accounting function.

What we're looking forStrong knowledge of IFRS and HGB. Experience with group consolidation and financial reporting. Previous people leadership experience, or a strong desire to take the next step into a team leadership role.
