You will be part of a busy and expanding team working for leading and well-known companies and brands. This is not a traditional employment role and the firm are looking for an individual who wants to help redefine how employment litigation is delivered. You will work closely with Partners to help shape the strategic direction of the litigation team and oversee delivery across a significant client portfolio. While the role is not focused on personally running claims day to day, you will need experience to supervise complex tribunal matters.

ResponsibilitiesLead, support and help to grow a team of employment lawyers delivering high-quality employment litigation servicesSupervise and develop junior team membersBuild strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to key stakeholdersSupport in driving innovative and technology-enabled ways of working, including the use of AI and process improvementsAbout youQualified lawyer with a strong academic backgroundSolid experience in employment law, with a strong grounding in redundancy, unfair dismissal and discrimination mattersStrong Employment Tribunal experience, including managing complex claimsExperience in using AIExperience in advising on day to day HR issues, including grievance matters and Settlement AgreementsExperience supervising and developing junior lawyersStrong leadership skillsFor more information, please contact Kate Sinclair at Chadwick Nott on:0121 200
