• Buildobservabilityandevaluationframeworks,includingregressiontestingforAIsystems
• WorkcloselywithProductandBusinesstoturnrealoperationalproblemsintoscalabletechnicalsolutions
• Maketechnicaldecisionswithlong-termimpactonarchitecture,stackandscalability
• Ship solutions that are actually used by customers

Damit passt du zu uns:

• 6–8+yearsofexperience in software engineering
• Ideally, hands-on experience building AI/LLM-basedproductsorsystems
• Strong Python skills, ideally with Django or a comparable framework
• Experience working with LLMAPIs such as OpenAI, Claude or similar
• UnderstandingofAIsystemdesignbeyondsimplyintegratinganAPI
• Experiencewithevaluationmethods,monitoringandobservability
• Ability to think in systemsratherthanindividualfeatures
• Strongunderstandingofthetrade-offsbetweenspeed,reliabilityandquality
• Highlevelofownershipandabilitytoworkindependently
• Apragmaticmindset:youlikebuilding,shippingandimprovingrealproducts
• Professional working proficiency in English
