Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis and Due Diligence:

  • Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis toevaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Perform detailed due diligence on prospective investmenttargets, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of portfoliocompanies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance value creationand ensure alignment with investment objectives.

Deal Execution:

  • Assist in structuring and negotiating terms for newinvestments and exits.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for theinvestment committee.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports on portfolioperformance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internalpolicies.

Market Research:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapesto inform investment strategies.
  • Generate insights and forecasts based on quantitative andqualitative research.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with management teams of portfolio companies,external consultants, and investment partners.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with stakeholders todiscuss investment performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; aMaster’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investmentbanking, consulting, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, includingadvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-orientedenvironment.

Skills

  • Experience with CRM and investment management software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines specificto private equity.
