• Own the renewal calendar and drive the timeline, surfacing upcoming renewals and leading conversations to signature.
• Prepare renewal quotes and drive agreements through to signature, working your book of business by tier.
• Maintain a weekly forecast, reporting accurately and flagging risks early.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in SaaS, inside sales, or account coordination with concrete deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many accounts at different stages.
• Comfortable with volume and repetition, and willing to report honest numbers.
