Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate advance amounts using internal guidelines and condition loan files.
• Review title reports, insurance, and maintain lien position and security interest.
• Manage a daily pipeline and communicate status updates with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter experience required.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and knowledge of loan products.
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary $65,000 - $70,000 USD plus performance-based bonus (OTE $97,000).
