Who we are We’re LOX Solutions – not a startup circus, not a PowerPoint consultancy. We build real digital ventures and solutions that last – not for someone else, but together with partners who are serious about making real impact. Our mission: we make progress real. Less talk. More traction. We build, test, scale – and learn fast.If you ever read headlines like
Who we’re looking for A *cross-T-shaped* mind. You bring deep expertise in your field – maybe business design, venture building, or tech strategy – but you also see the bigger picture. You can speak product and code, think business and customer, act fast and smart. You bridge gaps – between ideas and execution, between strategy and delivery, between people and progress. You’re not here to consult. You’re here to *build*. You know when to zoom out – and when to dive deep. You bring order to chaos and turn it into traction.

What you’ll do here Create new digital ventures from scratch. Shape business models, validate markets, and align strategy with tech reality. Work hands-on with engineers, designers, and shareholders to turn bold ideas into reality. You’ll run experiments, design blueprints, and make decisions that move the whole venture forward. Whatever it takes to make it happen.
What you’ll get Honesty. Trust. Real impact. No hierarchy games. No endless decks. Your influence comes from your contribution – not your title. If you deliver, you own it. We’ll give you the liberty, the team, and the playground to make it happen.
