Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet service level targets while minimizing holding costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure supply plan execution.
• Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions and risks.
• Optimize transportation and distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports and present findings on supply chain performance and planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or demand forecasting.
• Proficiency with planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
