• Engaging with warm leads (200+ dials/day)
• Following up on open leads
• Scheduling new patient appointments like a pro
• Managing inbound/outbound calls & securing bookings with deposit
• Crushing goals & celebrating wins – Every booked appointment is a victory, and we LOVE celebrating success!
