Job Description Mortgage Adviser OTE: Realistic First Year Earnings: £60,000-£80,000+ Location: Remote, based in Welling or the surrounding areas, ideally within 1.5 hours of Welling for monthly team meetings. The business covers a broad range of lending, including residential, high-net-worth, first-time buyer, new build, buy-to-let, bridging, commercial, development, self-build and renovation finance. This gives advisers the opportunity to work across a diverse client base and develop their expertise beyond standard residential mortgages.
