eCommerce General Manager — NOBS Health (Fully Remote)

NOBS Health is an Australian-owned supplements brand built around longevity, energy, and vitality. The website is live, the products are made, and the ads are running — but the business has been run part-time, and we want someone to take full ownership and grow it properly.

About the role

You’ll run the business end to end — the website and its performance, the product catalogue and stock, pricing, customer service, and all marketing including paid ads, email, and retention. You’ll report directly to the founder and have real autonomy to make decisions.

Key responsibilities

Manage website performance and optimization

Oversee product catalogue and stock management

Set and manage pricing strategy

Handle customer service operations

Lead all marketing including paid ads, email, and retention campaigns

About you

Experience running a direct-to-consumer brand with demonstrated revenue growth

Hands-on Shopify experience (essential)

Comfortable with numbers — conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost

Ability to read and act on performance metrics

Supplements or health experience is a plus, not a must

Location

Fully remote. Our offices are in the Port Stephens area, but you can run this business from anywhere in Australia or anywhere in the world. We care about results, not where you sit.

What we Offer

A full-time role with a base salary of one hundred to one hundred and thirty thousand plus super, plus a performance bonus tied to revenue growth.
