Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information during calls. Qualifications One to two years of experience in customer service, quality, or auditing.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, Korean, Albanian, or similar language. Ability to pass a typing test with at least 40 WPM. Fully remote position with a requirement to provide own equipment and maintain reliable high-speed internet. Schedules available between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Sunday.
