Our client is a growing national property investment business that genuinely lives and breathes property, helping investors across Australia build and grow their portfolios.

The Opportunity: This is a genuine opportunity to move away from traditional prospecting and focus on what you do best: understanding clients, analysing commercial property and helping investors make strategic purchasing decisions.

Warm appointments are booked and ready for you, and you will have access to an established portfolio of 150+ commercial assets to assess and match to client requirements. This is not a traditional real estate sales role. You are not working for the seller. You are working on behalf of the buyer.

Your role will include: • Conducting client consultations to understand investment goals and purchasing requirements • Reviewing and assessing commercial investment opportunities from an established portfolio of 150+ commercial assets • Sourcing additional commercial property opportunities where required • Analysing property fundamentals, cash flow, leases, market data and investment potential • Preparing and presenting commercial property recommendations to clients • Negotiating with commercial real estate agents and submitting offers on behalf of clients • Managing the acquisition process through due diligence, contracts and settlement • Liaising with clients, agents, conveyancers, finance brokers and other key stakeholders • Maintaining accurate client and transaction records through HubSpot The ideal candidate will come from a background in one of the following: • Residential real estate sales • Commercial real estate sales • Commercial property management • Property valuations • Property acquisitions • Property investment, with strong investment knowledge and an established personal portfolio You may be a residential real estate agent looking to move into commercial property investment, a commercial property professional looking to work on the buyer’s side, someone with experience in valuations or acquisitions, or a property investor with a strong personal portfolio and a genuine understanding of investment strategy.
