About the job DeFi Yielding Expert - Remote
Note: This job does not offer any visa sponsorship and we are looking for candidates already living in Switzerland or who can relocate to Switzerland without visa sponsorship.
Job Responsibilities: Assist in yield farming operations, including transaction co‑signing Identify and evaluate optimal risk‑adjusted yielding opportunities Conduct thorough risk due diligence on potential protocols Ensure internal alert system coverage remains current and comprehensive Monitor and analyze emerging trends in yield farming (e.g., new protocol launches, meta‑strategies, airdrops) Actively participate in investment committee discussions, contributing insights on capital allocation decisions Candidate Requirements: In‑depth understanding of DeFi protocols Proven experience in yield farming strategies Proficiency in analyzing protocols across various risk categories (e.g., smart contract, economic, governance, etc) Strong expertise in risk control and management Ability to inspect and validate transaction details (e.g., calldata input fields) prior to execution Advanced proficiency in on‑chain investigation tools (e.g., Etherscan, Nansen, Phalcon) Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for independent and flexible thinking Self‑motivated, disciplined, and detail‑oriented approach to work
