EMEA Partner Manager (Fully Remote)

• Recruit, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across AI, CCaaS, GSI, and consultants.
• Negotiate partner agreements and lead contract management with legal and finance.
• Develop and execute partner onboarding processes including enablement and training.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in partner management, business development, or alliances within CX industry.
• Strong background in partner contracts, commercial negotiations, and agreement management.
• Proven success building and scaling partner programs; located in EMEA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud communications, contact center, or SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of partner ecosystems involving AI platforms and CX technologies.
• Familiarity with channel management and partner relationship management tools.
