• Strong background in partner contracts, commercial negotiations, and agreement management.
• Proven success building and scaling partner programs; located in EMEA.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in cloud communications, contact center, or SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of partner ecosystems involving AI platforms and CX technologies.
• Familiarity with channel management and partner relationship management tools.
