Enterprise, Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote)

• You will shape the post-sale experience for enterprise customers, acting as a trusted privacy advisor.
• You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, and drive adoption across complex organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer journey, including structured onboarding, success plans, and executive business reviews.
• Drive product adoption, navigate enterprise renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource on data exposure threats and support escalation handling.
