The Finance Business Partner will be part of the FP&A team supporting the Remote Monitoring Systems Operations Team by providing financial information, analysis, and insights to support informed decision‑making and business strategy.

Responsibilities • Act as the link between the FP&A team and Remote Monitoring Systems management. • Coordinate and participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes with Sales, Innovation and Operations leaders. • Review monthly results and provide commentary on the financial performance of Remote Monitoring Systems. • Use systems and data to produce analytics and KPIs. • Translate financial results from analytics and KPIs into actionable business insights. • Improve understanding of costing, margin performance, and pricing. • Prepare and present results to Remote Monitoring Systems management.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related education (required). • Minimum eight years of experience, including at least three years in a finance, planning and analysis role (required). • Experience with manufacturing and product costing/pricing (preferred). • Experience in an international environment and multi‑entity structure (preferred). • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous). • Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI is a plus). • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French. • Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and present performance insights. • Strong financial leadership capabilities. • Flexibility to participate in various projects as required. • Ability to provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
