German SAP HCM Payroll experience is essential About the Role: We're hiring on behalf of a major global organisation seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join their HR & Travel Expenses team.

You'll play a central role in delivering ongoing payroll support across multiple countries, working within a collaborative, multi-skilled team of internal and external specialists.

What You'll Do: Payroll Operations & Support Deliver high-quality SAP payroll support across multiple countries in line with agreed SLAs, within a customer-focused team of internal and external resources.

Process Improvement Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives with a focus on technical areas including payroll developments, data migration, integration, and development coordination.

Vendor & Partner Management Manage operational relationships with nearshore and offshore development and service providers, ensuring planning, execution, and quality control meet organisational standards.

Legal Change Management Own the implementation of semi-annual legal change packages in HCM, applying SAP Notes and responding promptly to new legal requirements as they arise.

End-User Engagement Maintain proactive, timely interaction with the end-user community to ensure issues are surfaced and resolved quickly, keeping operations running smoothly.
