What You Will Do:
• Operate the QC program day-to-day across all review populations.
• Apply sampling methodology and error taxonomy, escalating findings.
• Compile results and track effective-challenge items to closure.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree and CAMS certification required.
• 6-9 years of BSA/AML experience including QA/QC or independent testing.
• 2+ years of people leadership and familiarity with alert and sanctions workflows.
Products & Services Knowledge:
• QC spans card issuing, acquiring, tax products, digital payments, and sanctions.
• Must understand product-specific typologies and Bank-vs-Program-Manager framework.
