As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation including email, calling, and LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects on technical teams. You’ll be on the front line of the sales team, filling the pipeline for closers by focusing on qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated.
Responsibilities Set meetings via outbound prospecting through both automated and manually-driven campaigns to achieve daily and monthly pipeline targets. Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure tight alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops.
Qualifications 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, preferably selling to technical buyers like engineers and DevOps. Proven experience selling SaaS B2B / cloud products or services with a history of achieving results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
