Key Responsibilities:
• Approve credit limits and follow up on outstanding invoices proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve processes.
• Ensure accurate month-end close and internal controls compliance. • Manage OTC and PTP processes for a global life sciences company.
• Oversee BPO service delivery for collections, customer queries, and credit limits.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing or working closely with a BPO or shared service centre is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Our products support genomic analysis to quality assurance in food, medicines, and the environment, powering critical decisions daily.
