Position: Product Manager Location: Remote/ GMT +4 (+-1 HR) Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the broker and financial services sector • Identify opportunities and gaps to enhance offerings and drive growth • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements based on business impact and client feedback. • Work closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements • Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications that align with business goals • Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancements • Monitor the development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product specifications • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to improve product offerings • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) • Continuously analyze product data and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions for improvements • Create comprehensive training materials and product documentation to support clients • Assist in conducting training sessions for both clients and internal teams when needed REQUIREMENTS • Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral.
