About the Role

This fully remote role involves assessing farming operations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending innovative solutions in areas such as crop management, sustainability, and market access. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and analytical skills to help clients enhance productivity, profitability, and environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate is a seasoned agricultural professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving positive change in the agricultural sector, all from a remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' agricultural operations, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop customized strategies and action plans to improve crop yields, livestock productivity, and overall farm efficiency.
• Provide expert advice on sustainable farming practices, soil conservation, and water management.
• Research market trends and opportunities to help clients optimize their product strategies.
• Assist clients in adopting new technologies and best practices in agriculture.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural management, consulting, or research.
• Broad knowledge of different farming systems, crop types, and livestock management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex agricultural challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and client expectations effectively in a remote setting.
