Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of remote cleaning staff, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client needs and regulatory requirements. • Conduct remote inspections and quality checks using digital tools and client feedback. • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering and distribution. • Provide training, guidance, and support to cleaning personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Investigate and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
