Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the esports program, aligning with company goals.
• Recruit, manage, and support professional esports players and teams across various game titles.
• Oversee participation in online and offline tournaments, managing logistics, travel, and team performance.
• Develop and manage the esports content calendar, including live streams, social media content, and video production.
• Build and nurture relationships with game developers, publishers, sponsors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Manage the esports budget, ensuring financial accountability and seeking new revenue opportunities.

Requirements
