Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations. • Demonstrated experience in remote team management and utilizing virtual collaboration tools. • Strong knowledge of agricultural best practices, including crop cultivation, pest control, and soil health. • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects remotely.
