You will provide personalized hair care advice, diagnose hair concerns, and recommend suitable products and treatments to clients through online consultations.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct detailed virtual consultations to assess clients' hair condition, scalp health, and styling goals. • Provide tailored recommendations for hair care products, treatments, and styling routines. • Educate clients on the proper use of products and techniques for optimal hair health and appearance. • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and virtual calls in a professional and timely manner. • Stay updated on the latest hair care trends, ingredients, and innovative treatments in the industry. • Contribute content ideas for blog posts, social media, and online FAQs related to hair care. • Document client interactions and feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

Requirements • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist, Cosmetologist, or dedicated Hair Care Specialist. • In-depth knowledge of various hair types, textures, scalp conditions, and common hair issues. • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, adapted for virtual client interactions. • Proficiency in using online communication platforms, scheduling software, and digital tools. • A genuine passion for hair health and beauty, with a commitment to continuous learning. • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting, ensuring consistent service for clients in Soweto and nationally.
