About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote HR Specialist to join their globally distributed team, supporting their operations. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of various HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, HR data management, and employee support. You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience from anywhere. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones. Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and orientation are completed efficiently.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in the administration of performance management cycles and talent development programs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR support or generalist role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
