You will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, conducting investigations, and advising management on best practices for employee relations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations into workplace concerns and policy violations.
• Develop and deliver training to employees and managers on employee relations best practices and policy adherence.
• Advise management on legal compliance and risk mitigation related to employment practices.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidential and accurate employee relations records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience specializing in employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, particularly in South Africa .
• Demonstrated ability to conduct sensitive investigations with impartiality and discretion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
• Proficiency with remote work tools and HRIS systems.
