Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in insurance operations management , with a strong track record of leading remote teams. • In-depth knowledge of insurance processes, systems, and regulatory requirements. • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a remote setting. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
