About the Role Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Remote Investment Operations Specialist to manage and streamline their investment operations processes. You will be responsible for trade settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions processing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for investment funds. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our investment portfolios and providing seamless operational support to our portfolio managers and clients.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or a related financial operations role. • Strong understanding of investment products, trade lifecycle, and market practices. • Proficiency in reconciliation processes and corporate actions processing. • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Experience with investment management systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Advent) is a plus. • Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for a remote role.
