About the Role
Our client is seeking a results-driven Remote Mortgage Loan Originator to join their thriving mortgage division. This position operates entirely remotely , allowing you to connect with clients nationwide to guide them through the home loan application process.
You will be responsible for originating new mortgage loans, cultivating referral relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience from application to closing.

Requirements
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding loan origination targets.
• Solid understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other mortgage loan programs.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage origination software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx) and remote collaboration tools.
