About the Role

You will work closely with production managers and supply chain teams to align planning with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and production execution.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or disruptions.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for improved efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to understand and meet customer order demands.
• Utilise production planning software and ERP systems to optimize planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning software .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills , particularly in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
