Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify potential off-market real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and property assessments, for potential deals.
• Analyze deal structures, underwriting, and prepare investment memos for the acquisition team.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers and their representatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, brokers, and other sources of off-market deals.
