About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their investment team, supporting operations in the Richards Bay region and beyond. In this fully remote position, you will be instrumental in evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting market research, and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making. Your insights will guide our client's investment strategy, ensuring profitable ventures and sustainable portfolio growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a virtual setting and possesses a keen understanding of real estate finance and market dynamics, working with a globally distributed team focused on maximizing investment returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential real estate acquisitions and developments.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity testing.
• Research and monitor real estate market trends , economic indicators, and demographic data relevant to investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the investment committee and senior management.
• Identify and assess risks associated with investment opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , financial modeling, or asset management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and experience with data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation methods, market analysis, and investment principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote , collaborative environment.
