About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their growing investment firm. This position is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and recommending potential real estate investment opportunities across various markets, with a focus on emerging trends and high-yield properties. Working entirely remotely, you will leverage data analytics, market research, and financial modeling to support strategic investment decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential real estate investments , including multi-family, commercial, and land acquisitions.
• Develop detailed financial models to project investment returns, risks, and cash flows using various scenarios.
• Research and analyze market data, economic indicators, and demographic trends to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee, outlining findings and recommendations.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio assets, providing regular reports on their financial health and strategic value.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members, external partners, and stakeholders via virtual communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate finance , investment analysis, or asset management.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and investment analysis software.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting .
• Experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity, or debt structuring is a plus.
