Experience & Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required.

Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset. Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required. Work-related Skills:
Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
This position requires a that you meet monthy sales minimums. Availability Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Additional hours may be worked at your discretion. Base pay per month excluding commissions is $1,280 assuming you adhere to the required minimums. Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nov
