Remote Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and user-focused Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote product team. This role is integral to shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital platforms. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for users. As a senior member, you will mentor junior designers, contribute to design system development, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring innovative solutions to life in a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
