Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Remote Social Impact Manager to lead their strategic initiatives focused on positive societal contributions.

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs designed to address critical social issues, primarily impacting communities such as those in the Western Cape . This position demands a strategic thinker with a passion for social justice and a proven track record in managing complex social programs from afar.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive social impact strategy aligned with organizational goals. • Identify key social challenges and opportunities for intervention in regions like Mossel Bay and beyond. • Design, launch, and manage innovative social programs, ensuring effective implementation and resource allocation. • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the social impact and effectiveness of all initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profit organizations, government bodies, and community leaders across various regions. • Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes, impact assessments, and financial expenditures for senior management and external stakeholders.
