Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for assigned spend categories, driving competitive advantage.
• Lead complex sourcing events, including RFx processes, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and supplier assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage and develop relationships with critical suppliers, fostering collaboration and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure procurement alignment.
• Monitor category performance, implement cost-saving initiatives, and track progress against targets.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading major sourcing initiatives and delivering substantial cost savings.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with proficiency in procurement technologies.
