Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple requisitions.
