About the Role Our client is looking for a proactive and analytical Remote Warehouse Efficiency Specialist to join their distributed operations team. You will leverage data and best practices in Logistics & Warehousing to drive continuous improvement, working closely with on-site teams and management.

Key Responsibilities • Analyze warehouse operations data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. • Develop and recommend process improvements for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency. • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Collaborate with site managers and operational teams to implement proposed changes and monitor their effectiveness. • Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to enhance warehouse performance.

Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in Logistics & Warehousing , with a focus on process improvement or operations analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and experience with WMS. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely. • Proven ability to manage projects and drive change in a dispersed operational environment. • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
