With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for an experienced Sales Performance Coach (English) to strengthen and elevate our international sales organization.

This role is designed for a professional who can drive measurable performance improvement, challenge experienced sales staff, and implement structured development frameworks in a remote environment.

What You’ll Do: • Design and implement a structured internal sales training framework • Coach experienced sales professionals to improve closing rates, objection handling, and revenue performance • Observe live and recorded sales calls and deliver direct, performance-focused feedback • Identify skill gaps and develop targeted improvement plans • Standardize best practices across markets and align teams on clear sales methodology • Partner with leadership to refine scripts, KPIs, and performance metrics • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement • Track and evaluate the impact of training initiatives through measurable results What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record in sales training, sales leadership, or performance coaching in high-pressure environments • Demonstrated success in improving KPIs such as conversion rates, average deal size, and revenue per rep • Strong background in consultative and high-stakes sales environments • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (C2 level) • Ability to deliver direct, constructive, and performance-oriented feedback • Deep understanding of sales psychology, negotiation, and closing strategies • High emotional intelligence combined with strong performance standards • Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach to coaching • Experience working with remote, international sales teams
