Senior Chemical Process Engineer - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex chemical processes, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff remotely.
• Conduct thorough process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement robust safety management systems.
• Collaborate with international project teams, R&D, and manufacturing sites to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement long-term solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and manage process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and technical reports for global distribution.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with a strong track record in process design and optimization.
• Expertise in process simulation, modeling, and data analytics tools.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical plant operations, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to virtual collaboration.
