Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of industrial processes.
• Conduct process simulations, analyses, and troubleshooting to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process safety measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of process engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Collaborate with project management, operations, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, P&IDs, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in process engineering within the oil and gas industry .
• Demonstrated expertise in process design, simulation (e.g., Aspen Plus), and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead engineering teams remotely.
