This role is pivotal in designing, coordinating, and executing engaging online events, including webinars, virtual conferences, and team-building activities. You will leverage digital platforms and creative strategies to deliver exceptional interactive experiences for clients and their attendees. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, possesses strong project management skills, and thrives in a fully remote setting, passionate about creating impactful virtual gatherings that foster connection and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and manage all aspects of virtual events from inception to completion.
• Select and manage appropriate virtual event platforms and technology tools.
• Develop engaging content, interactive elements, and virtual networking opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients, speakers, and vendors to ensure seamless online event execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for virtual projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live virtual events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning , with a specific focus on virtual or hybrid events.
• Proficiency with various virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Cvent) and associated technologies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remote teams and clients effectively.
