Remote Event Planner - Virtual Experiences

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Remote Event Planner to specialize in designing and executing engaging virtual events. This role is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for conceptualizing innovative online event formats, managing virtual platforms, coordinating with remote vendors and speakers, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital event technologies, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating impactful virtual gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of virtual events, from conception to post-event analysis.
• Select and manage virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, etc.) and associated technologies.
• Develop event content, manage speaker logistics, and ensure engaging attendee participation.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for event promotion and registration management.
• Oversee event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and track key performance indicators for virtual events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning, with a significant focus on virtual or hybrid events.
• Proficiency with various virtual event platforms and webinar software.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
