Recruiter (German Speaker) | Remote | Commission-Only | €8K–€10K per Placement

We are seeking experienced Technical Recruiters / Engineering Headhunters to partner on high-value placements without the burden of client-side business development. This is a fully remote, commission-only recruiting opportunity focused on placing highly skilled professionals into specialized engineering and enterprise technology roles across leading companies.

Compensation: € 8,000 – €10,000 per successful placementNo cap on earningsActive Searches: Project Manager Electrotechnik, Application Engineer ChassisWhat You Will Do:Proactively source experienced technical and engineering candidatesEngage passive candidates using your own sourcing methods and toolsScreen for technical depth, project experience, certifications, and industry backgroundAssess communication skills, stakeholder management, and delivery capabilityManage candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding processThis is not a job board sourcing role. You must be comfortable recruiting directly from established engineering consultancies, enterprise technology teams, and industrial organizations.

Required Experience: Please do NOT apply unless you have:Successfully placed technical or engineering professionals into specialized or hard-to-fill rolesAt least 2–3 completed placements within the last 12 monthsExperience engaging passive candidates in competitive talent marketsStrong understanding of compensation structures for technical and engineering professionalsThe ability to independently generate qualified candidate pipelinesIdeal Background: Experience recruiting for engineering, enterprise technology, or industrial rolesIndependent recruiter or agency background focused on technical placementsProven success filling hard-to-fill technical positionsExisting network within German-speaking engineering or IT talent marketsExperience sourcing passive candidates for specialized technical roles
