Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks and learning modules, incorporating modern pedagogical principles.
• Create engaging instructional content, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia resources, tailored for online delivery .
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Review and revise existing curriculum based on feedback, performance data, and educational best practices.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes effectively.
• Manage curriculum development projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a strong portfolio of developed educational materials.
• Proven experience in designing for online learning environments and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant authoring tools and educational technologies.
