Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and learning materials for various educational levels and subjects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical soundness.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including interactive exercises, assessments, and instructional videos, utilizing modern e-learning tools .
• Evaluate and refine existing curricula based on learner feedback, performance data, and emerging educational trends.
• Manage curriculum development projects from conception through implementation, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in instructional design and educational technology to inform curriculum development strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, with a proven track record of designing successful educational programs.
• Proficiency in using various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, pedagogical principles, and assessment design .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting .
